Integrity Policy

Our vision is to empower all workers with integrity: those who are unemployed, underemployed, or looking to work on their own schedule.

To accomplish this, we have created a platform that creates a better way to find work and Get paid.

Why integrity matters at Grizzly

This platform requires all that participate in it to act in the best interest of the others, and not just themselves. For this reason, we have created a policy to outline what acting with integrity means at Grizzly Force.

Benefits of acting with integrity

Those that act with integrity create a positive experience for those they work with and work for. They bring themselves and their peers up. Our job management system has been designed to reward those that act with integrity.

By being on time, ready to work, and coming with a great attitude, you are rewarding yourself and others by creating more future jobs for all. You reinforce the platform and inspire other companies to create more jobs and more full time employment opportunities.

The consequences of not acting with integrity

Those that act without integrity and consideration for others bring down the platform and limit opportunities for all.

1. No shows policy

When you take a job, that is a job that another person needs. By not showing up for that job, you have acted without integrity towards the other person that could have taken your place and the company that has lost out on progress.

If you take a job and do not show up for work, you will be suspended from taking any other jobs for 2 weeks and will receive a rating of 1, reducing your future options with Grizzly Force.

2. Last minute cancellations policy

Life happens and sometimes things happen. However, the nature of the work at Grizzly Force is one that requires you to opt-in.

If you take a job and cancel with less than 10 hours, you will be suspended from taking any other jobs for 1 week and will receive a rating of 1, reducing your future options with Grizzly Force.

3. Not being prepared for work policy

The nature of work on the Grizzly Force platform is labour. Labour jobs generally require a healthy body and mind. Failure to show up ready to work will result in an automatic 3 rating.

  • Not having proper work or safety gear
  • Being drunk or inebriated
  • Visibly angry or irritable personality

Some situations may require special review and can warrant lighter or more severe consequences.

4. Personal Protection and Equipment policy

For any job, you are required to provide your own safety gear. Without it, you will not be able to work.
